San Antonio FC News Release
SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio FC today announced that the club's regular season home matches -- beginning Saturday, May 1 - will be open to fans in a reduced-capacity seating arrangement at Toyota Field. The decision comes after continued dialogue with local officials and public health experts.
Attendance at Toyota Field will be capped at approximately 3,200 seats for the initial phase of the season. Numerous health and safety protocols, including temperature checks and a mandatory mask policy, will continue to take place within the stadium as the safety and welfare of fans, staff and players remains the priority for the club.
"We are counting down the days to May 1 and the first opportunity this season to welcome back our incredible supporters to Toyota Field," said SAFC Managing Director Tim Holt. "While necessary health and safety protocols remain in force for the benefit of all, there will be several enhancements to the game day experience including new and more efficient dining options. With a full slate of important league and cup games in the opening part of the season, fans will want to ensure they are part of this promising 2021 campaign from the start."
SAFC fans can purchase 2021 season tickets at SanAntonioFC.com or by calling or texting 210-444-5657. Subject to availability, individual game tickets for the rest of the 2021 season will go on sale at a later date. The Alamo City club kicks off the regular season on May 1, hosting Mountain Division rivals Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC at 7:30 p.m. The full San Antonio FC schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.
