San Antonio FC Home Matches to be Streamed on SanAntonioFC.com

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio FC home matches will be broadcast on the club's website, as well as YouTube.com and USLSoccer.com, the club announced today. Local radio personality Geoff Sheen and Trinity University Men's Soccer Head Coach Paul McGinlay will call the first SAFC home match on April 9 at 7:30 p.m. live from Toyota Field.

The stream can be accessed by visiting SanAntonioFC.com on your desktop or mobile device and will feature Sheen and McGinlay calling the action when SAFC takes on Swope Park Rangers, the USL affiliate of Sporting Kansas City (MLS) on Saturday.

Sheen hosts the afternoon radio program The Show on Ticket 760 and is the new host of Soccer Saturday, which will debut on April 9 from 6-7 p.m. prior to kickoff of the San Antonio FC home opener.

McGinlay has been the head coach of the Trinity University Men's Soccer Program for over 25 years. The England native is one of the winningest coaches in American collegiate soccer history, and has led the Tigers to 14 straight NCAA tournaments.

The inaugural home match will be a showdown between the two league newcomers, with both teams looking to continue their winning streak and climb atop the league standings.

Along with the stream, San Antonio FC will broadcast six home matches on FOX Sports Southwest this season between May 7 and July 23.
