San Antonio FC Forward Tani Oluwaseyi Named to USL Championship Team of the Week

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio FC forward Tani Oluwaseyi has been named to the USL Championship Team of the Week bench, after scoring and assisting in Saturday's 3-1 win over Birmingham Legion FC.
Oluwaseyi scored what proved to be the winning goal in the 62nd minute, his sixth of the season to lead the team. Then in stoppage time, the forward on loan from Minnesota United found Justin Dhillon for his fourth assist of the season. The assist extended his team lead in that category as well.
Oluwaseyi makes the Team of the Week for the second time this season, earning the honor in May after recording a hat trick with two assists in a 7-0 at Charleston.
SAFC is back in action on Friday, taking on Memphis 901 FC on the road. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. CT, with the match streamed on ESPN+.
