San Angelo Saints News Release

San Angelo, TX – The San Angelo Saints of the Central Hockey League announced today that their home game versus the Amarillo Gorillas that was scheduled for November 9th has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 9th at 7:05 PM.

The game on November 9th was rescheduled due to a malfunction in the Coliseum’s ice plant. “It was unfortunate that we had to reschedule the game” stated Saints President and General Manager James Cook. “It was in the best interest of the Saints as well as Amarillo”.

With the 2004-2005 season well underway, the Saints have made a huge mark in the Southwest Division currently in first place with 21 points. Undefeated at home, the Saints play host the Laredo Bucks and Corpus Christ Rayz this Friday and Saturday night at the Sanctuary. Both games will start at 7:05 PM with great promotions going on both nights. On Friday Night, the Saints will be having Military Night with all active, reserve, and retired military getting in FREE with proper identification. On Saturday night the Saints will be having a check presentation, on the ice, before the game presenting a check to ChildrenÂ’s Miracle Network for all the monies raised from the Saints VeteranÂ’s Day Jersey Auction and the Saints Bachelor Auction, that was held last night.
