Sacramento Heatwave News Release
Sacramento, CA. After a season's hiatus, the ABA Sacramento Heatwave will return to the league next season with a new home and a new attitude. According to Reggie Davis, team owner, "We are ready to go and to compete for the ABA Championship and now need to staff up. We're looking for a GM, Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, marketing and sales people, public relations and community relations people, and game day operations people. And of course, we're also looking for summer interns. If you're looking to get into sports management, please give me a call at 559 779 0100 or email me directly at jigejag7@yahoo.com. Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
