SaberCats Announce Preseason Scrimmage Against Blaze; Roster Moves

SAN JOSE - The SaberCats today announced they will participate in an 80-play scrimmage against the Utah Blaze at EnergySolutions Arena in Salt Lake City on March 2, beginning at 2 p.m. PST.
"We've had a number of practices here at our facility in Sunnyvale," said Owner/Head Coach Darren Arbet. "It will be good to get a look at another team and we're excited about the opportunity to better prepare ourselves for the regular season against a division rival."
San Jose also announced DL Shemiah LeGrande (6-1, 295) has been activated from the refuse to report list while WR Nichiren Flowers (6-3, 215) has been activated from the physically unable to perform list.
