Rush Promotes Griffin

April 2, 2003 â The Chicago Rush announced today that it has promoted WR/DB Anthony Griffin from its practice squad to the team's 24-man roster. To make room for Griffin the Rush waived WR/DB Halakilangi Muagututia.
In other moves, the Rush waived rookie lineman Willie Watson from the practice squad and signed rookie defensive backs Donald Malloy and Josh Phillips to the team's practice squad.
The Rush returns home to Allstate Arena Sunday, April 20, at 2 p.m. to host the Dallas Desperados. Fans wishing to purchase individual game tickets to the Dallas game, or any Rush regular season home game, may order by calling Ticketmaster at (312) 559-1212 or by visiting the Ticketmaster Web site at www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets also may be purchased in person at any Ticketmaster outlet or the Allstate Arena box office.
