Chicago Rush News Release

The Chicago Rush has added some exciting new features to its Web site, www.chicagorush.com, the team announced today.

The features, designed by Streng Design and Advertising in St. Charles, Ill., include: a flash-based page peel in the upper right-hand corner of the site which allows the Rush to feature players, dancers and special promotions on a daily basis; a new Web poll which will change every Monday, Wednesday and Friday; the ability to host live Web chats with Rush players and coaches; and, coming soon, the ability to upload live audio to the site so fans can listen to game highlights and interviews with Rush players and coaches.

"We are pleased and excited about the upgrades that we have made to the site," said Curt Gruber, Rush vice president of marketing. "We surveyed our fans last spring and based many of the additions upon their suggestions. We think that the new features will keep the site fresh and interesting, and help continue to drive traffic on a daily basis."

The Rush kicks off its fifth anniversary season in January with the 2005 home opener set for noon on Sunday, February 6, against Jon Bon Jovi's Philadelphia Soul. Rush season tickets, beginning at just $64, currently are on sale. To reserve your tickets, or for more information about 2005 Rush season tickets, fans can call the Rush at (877) Rush-Tix (787-4849) or visit the team's Web site.
