PRIDE DROP ANOTHER OT HEARTBREAKER

For the second time in three weeks the Pride played extra time against the Washington Bayhawks. For the second time in three weeks the Bayhawks had the final notch in the scorebook as the Pride fell 17-16 on Saturday.

TEAM HEADS TO ROCHESTER FOR FRIDAY NIGHT TILT WITH RATTLERS

The Pride will try to get their first win of the season as they head to Rochester for a 7:30 pm start on Friday. Rochester has not been kind to New Jersey as the team has not won in the Rattlers' hometown since the 2003. You will be able to catch the full game beginning at 7:00 pm wiith Joe Nolan and Keith Glock on NJIR.net.

PURCHASE YOUR 2007 TICKETS ONLINE USING E-TIX

The New Jersey Pride annouced today the release of tickets for online sale through the organization's partnership with ETix. New for the 2007 season, fans can now purchase season tickets for the Pride through the online service.

URICK IN GOOD COMPANY

InA the 10:35 mark of the first quarter on Saturday, Scott Urick's laser past Chris Garrity cemented him into the MLL history books as the thrid player in league history to record 200 goals in a career. The goal was even more meanful as he accomplished the mark on the same field where he played his college ball and currently coaches.

PRIDE BUSY DURING AND AFTER COLLEGIATE DRAFT

The Pride took full advantage of their draft ime on Thursday and made the most with the two picks they had leading into Thursday's draft. By the time the smoke cleared the team walked away with a faceoff specialist, two additional draft picks in the 2008 Collegiate Draft, and Attackman Joe Yevoli.

PRIDE CONTINUE ADDING PIECES, PICK UP UNTERSTEIN IN TRADE

In keeping with their busy draft day, the Pride added another piece to their offensive puzzle but acquiring Chris Unterstein in a trade with the Denver Outlaws. In exchange for Unterstein, the Pride sent one of their 2008 Collegiate Draft picks to Denver. New Jersey still has two 2nd Round picks in the 2008 Collegiate Draft to go along with their two 1st Round picks.
