NHL Affiliated Players - Cole Moberg (Chicago Blackhawks).

Attended NHL Training Camps - Cole Moberg (Chicago Blackhawks), Taylor Gauthier (Boston Bruins), Josh Maser (New York Rangers).

The Cougars' roster consists of six players who were selected in the first round of the WHL Bantam Draft: Jackson Leppard (eighth overall - 2015), Taylor Gauthier (ninth overall - 2016), Craig Armstrong (ninth overall - 2018), Rhett Rhinehart (Prince Albert - 13th overall - 2016), Ethan Browne (Everett - 14th overall, 2016), Tyler Brennan (21st overall, 2018).

Pre-Game:

Friday - Save-On-Foods will be hosting a BBQ outside Gate 1, with hot dogs and pop available for $3. Proceeds will go to the BC Children's Hospital.

Friday - Prior to puck drop, local country singer Bryce Allen will be performing live music at Gate 1.

Friday - The entire Royals team will be introduced prior to puck drop.

Saturday - The first 2,500 fans into the arena will receive a 2019-20 Royals' Magnet Schedule, presented by Good Grade Plumbing, Infinity Roofing, Dodd's Furniture & Mattress and WestCoast Appliance Gallery.

A pair of contestants will go head-to-head in shooting shoes into a net. The contestant who scores the most will win a pair of custom Baggins shoes.
