
Routt Promoted to Triple-A Louisville

PENSACOLA, Fla., - The Cincinnati Reds have announced the following roster change for the Pensacola Blue Wahoos during the All-Star break.
- Nick Routt, LHP, promoted to Triple-A Louisville
- Jake Ehret, RHP, promoted from High-A Daytona
Nick Routt, 25, is 1-0 this season with a 0.96 ERA in 23 appearances out of the Blue Wahoos bullpen. In 37.2 innings, he has allowed just four runs while striking out 36 batters and walking just eight. His promotion comes just two days after earning his first win of the season against Mobile, pitching two scoreless innings. Named to the Southern League All-Star team, he is unable to attend due to his promotion to Louisville.
Jake Ehret, 23, is 1-2 this season with a 2.59 ERA in 23 relief appearances for High-A Daytona this season. He has earned six saves on the year for the Tortugas, while striking out 32 batters and walking just seven in 31.1 innings.
The Pensacola Blue Wahoos have 25 active players on the roster.
