Today, the Saskatchewan Roughriders held their 2011-12 Annual General Meeting at The Orr Centre in Regina.

FINANCIAL REPORT
During his financial report, Craig Reynolds, the Saskatchewan Roughriders' Chief Financial Officer, revealed the Football Club reported a profit of $3.8 million. The club also exceeded the $32 million plateau in total gross revenues.
TICKET SALES
The Club saw record revenue from ticket sales during the year as a result of a strong season ticket base. Gate receipts totaled $11.8 million surpassing the prior year's record by 5%. The Club's season ticket base continued to grow with an increase of 5% seen in the year.
MERCHANDISE SALES
The Club once again continued to set the pace in merchandise sales in the CFL during the year. The Club exceeded the $7 million mark in merchandise revenue for the third straight year.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Under the governance guidelines, the Rider shareholders selected a new Board of Governors at the meeting. Returning to the board this year will be Director's Doug Emsley, Paul Hill, Robert Leurer, Twyla Meredith, Wayne Morsky, Dennis Mulvihill, Laurie Powers and Jeff Stusek. Shareholders also voted in three returning board members Roger Brandvold (Chair), Rory Picklyk (Vice-Chair) and Joel Teal (Director).
