Roth Added to Scorpions Roster
April 19, 2011 - North American League (NAmL)
Yuma Scorpions News Release
Another day means another player joins the Yuma Scorpions. The Scorpions have been feverishly signing players. Another arm has been added to the pitching staff, RHP Robert Roth. Roth has previously played for the Laredo Broncos uniting him once again with new Scorpions General Manager Jose Melendez. Robert was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2006 and worked his way up to high-A baseball before joining the Broncos. The pitching staff is getting stronger by the day and it wouldn't be a surprise if more players were added yet today.
