Rome Braves Announce Faith Day 2013

Rome, GA - The Rome Braves are excited to announce the addition of Faith Day to the 2013 promo calendar. On June 9th fans can enjoy a 2pm baseball game followed by an acoustic concert with Jonny Diaz. Diaz is best known for his single "More Beautiful You" which charted as the No. 1 radio single. He has toured with acts like MercyMe and Matthew West but feels that he finds opportunities to truly connect with people in smaller venues.

Rome Area Youth for Christ has partnered with the Rome Braves to bring this concert opportunity to State Mutual Stadium and a portion of the proceeds will go back to their organization. The mission of Youth for Christ is to reach young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus.

Jonny Diaz is an artist whose mission in life is to serve the Body of Christ. From the beginning of his music career, Diaz's desire has been to write songs that entertain, encourage and challenge fellow believers. His latest album, simply titled Jonny Diaz, is a collection of songs that accomplish his mission.
