
Rockies snap Raptors winning streak

The Casper Rockies returned to their winning ways on Friday night beating Ogden 8-6. Casper blew a 1-1 game open with a six-run 4th inning. During the 4th the Rockies batted eleven men. Rockies left fielder Cole Garner clubbed his 10th home run of the season during the game.
Radames Nazario also enjoyed a 1-2 night with a pair of RBI's. Starter Xavier Cedeno went four strong innings, allowing just two hits and a run to the Raptors. His lone mistake was a solo homer off the bat of second baseman Jesus Soto.
Robinson Fabian came out of the bullpen to earn his 1st win of the season. The loss snapped Ogden's 5-0 start to the 2nd half of league play.
Casper and Ogden wrap up the three-game series with a 7:05 first pitch in Casper Saturday.
It's also Casper Rockies Hat Night to the first 1,000 through the gates, brought to you by First American Title. Chaz Roe starts for Casper with Marlon Arias opposing him for Ogden.
