Rockford Kmart Stores To Host IceHogs Playoffs Party On Saturday

ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Rockford IceHogs have once again scored their way into the West Division Finals, during which they'll go stick to stick with the Chicago Wolves in a competition to win the 2008 Calder Cup.

The series comes to the MetroCentre on Sunday, May 3 (Game 3) and Wednesday, May 7 (Game 4).

This Saturday, May 3, two Rockford Kmart stores will host IceHogs Playoff Parties and give away a Family 4-Pack of tickets every 15 minutes. From noon to 1:30 p.m., the party takes place at Kmart at 5909 E. State Street, and from 2:30 to 4 p.m. the excitement moves to 1321 Sandy Hollow Road.

Each party will feature IceHogs mascots Hammy and Hammer, appearances by the Fire & Ice Girls, music from Sound Productions DJ Service, games, dances, and fun for all. The IceHogs Playoff Parties are free for all Kmart shoppers. Ticket packages are valid for May 3 or May 7 (winners' choice).
