
Rocket Make Last Minute Moves

With only a short time left before the end of the trading period, the PEI Rocket traded 19 year old defenseman, Jean-Laurence Beauchemin to the Montreal Junior for a 5th round draft pick (ROU) in 2011.
The Rocket also made a move to acquire 19 year old defenseman, Jean-Sebastien Fournier from the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles for a 5th round 2011 draft pick (LEW) and a 3rd round draft pick 2012 (PEI). Fournier, who is from Ste-Claire, Quebec is currently travelling to PEI and will join the Rocket for the weekend games. In 41 games with the Eagles this season, Jean-Sebastien has 4 goals and 11 assists.
The Rocket have a big double header weekend against the Rimouski Oceanic this Friday and Saturday night. Both games are at 7:00 PM at the Charlottetown Civic Centre.
