
Rock trades Rusty Kruger to Shamrox

TORONTO -The Toronto Rock Lacrosse Club traded Rusty Kruger to the Chicago Shamrox today in exchange for a conditional 2008 fourth or fifth round entry draft pick. Terms of the deal were not disclosed due to club policy.
Forward Mike MacLeod was signed to the active roster from the practice player list. The Owen Sound native was Toronto's first pick (2nd round, 15th overall) in the 2006 NLL Entry draft.
The NLL trade deadline was today at 3:00 p.m. EST.
The Rock (4-7) head to Minnesota this weekend to face the Swarm on Friday March 23rd at 8:00 p.m. EST. The Rock head back home to the ACC next weekend on Friday March 30th to host the Philadelphia Wings in their second meeting of the season at 7:30 p.m. EST.
