PAYING LOUISVILLE A VISIT: The Rochester Red Wings tonight play the 3rd game of their 4-game series at Louisville (Reds), continuing their 8-game roadtrip that started by losing 3 of 4 at Indianapolis and winning the first 2 games of this series 8-6 and 4-1. Following 2 more with the Bats, the Wings return home Monday for an 8-game stay with 4-game series vs. Durham (Rays) and Charlotte (White Sox).

a Buffalo Bills Nick Barnett and Brian Moorman will sign autographs prior to Monday's game at Frontier Field from 6:00-6:50 p.m.

a Including the final 2 games of their last homestand, the Red Wings have played 7 straight games in front of crowds of at least 6,800, including a season-high 14,316 at Indianapolis to open the roadtrip last Saturday.

ROSTER NEWS: Following last night's game, the Minnesota Twins optioned right-handed pitcher Lester Oliveros to Triple-A Rochester. The move was made to accommodate right-handed pitcher Liam Hendriks, who was recalled today to make the start against Milwaukee at Target Field.

a Hendriks is the 11th player, the 6th pitcher, to be promoted to the Twins from Rochester.

a Oliveros made one appearance during his stint with the Twins, allowing one run in 1.2 innings Thursday vs. Philadelphia. He had been recalled to Minnesota on Wednesday.

BETTER BASEBALL: The Red Wings yesterday improved to 31-36, a 4-game improvement from this point last year (27-40) and a 3-game improvement from 2010 (28-39).

a The Red Wings are 17-13 in their last 30 games beginning May 15 and are 22-20 beginning May 3. Rochester is tied for the 5th-best record in the International League beginning May 15:
