MUDHENS WRESTLING: The Rochester Red Wings tonight play the 2nd game of their 4-game series at Toledo (Tigers), continuing an 8-game roadtrip that started with a 3-1 series win at Columbus (Indians) and a 4-1 triumph in yesterday's opener at Fifth Third Field. Rochester returns to Frontier Field Monday for a 6-game homestand, which includes a 4-game series against Empire State (Yankees) and a 2-game set against Pawtucket (Red Sox).

ROSTER NEWS: Right-handed pitcher P.J. Walters tomorrow will make a rehab start at Toledo, his 3rd since the Twins placed him on the 15-Day Disabled List June 14 with right shoulder inflammation. His other starts came July 1 vs. Empire State and July 6 vs. Pawtucket before he was recalled from rehab due to the same injury.

a Righthander Lester Oliveros today was placed on the 7-Day DL with loose bodies in his right elbow. Oliveros also missed 22 games from June 20-July 13 while on the DL with a sprained right ulnar collateral ligament. He went 0-1 with 2 saves and a 1.69 ERA (2 ER/10.2 IP) in 6 games after returning from his first DL stint. The 24-year-old is 1-2 with 6 saves and a 3.07 ERA in 19 games with the Red Wings overall.

BREAKING BAD: The Red Wings have won 4 games in a row and are back to the .500 mark for the first time since having a 51-51 record entering play on July 23. The Wings were last one game over .500 at 50-49 after a 14-8 win at Norfolk (Orioles) July 19. Rochester's season-high watermark was 3 games above the break-even point at 5-2 after a 2-1 victory April 11 vs. Pawtucket.

a The Red Wings' 4-game winning streak is a season high for the 5th time. A victory tonight would give the Red Wings their longest winning streak since a 5-game run August 10-14, 2010. That streak started with the 2nd game of an August 10 doubleheader.

a The 4-game winning streak is the longest active winning streak in the International League.

a The Wings have also won a season-high 4 straight road games. It is Rochester's longest road winning streak since April 8-19, 2011, when they won 4 in a row. A victory tonight would give the Red Wings their longest road winning streak since April 28-May 2, 2007, when they won 5 in a row away from Frontier Field.
