Rochester Raiders Season Tickets Now Available Online

ROCHESTER, N.Y.- Yesterday, December 20, Season tickets for the Raiders 2008 regular season became available to be purchased online through the Ticketmaster and RochesterRaiders.com. Previously tickets were only available by visiting the Blue Cross Arena box office during its normal hours of operation. Only season tickets are currently available, individual game tickets are not yet available to be purchased; when available they will be $15 dollars and are scheduled to go on sale around February or the beginning of March 2008.
"We wanted to give fans the option of being able to purchase tickets at more locations this year rather then just through our office like last year. Now with them being available online this year fans wont even have to even leave their homes to get tickets," commented Raiders co-owner David McCarthy, "We are really excited for the season to start, our guys are anxious to get back out there and start playing for another ring."
In 2007 the Raiders played their home games at the Main Street Armory and made the move to Blue Cross Arena for the championship game last season in which they defeated the previously unbeaten Port Huron Pirates by a score of 37-27.
