The 10-year pro from Trail, British Columbia is presently in his eighth campaign under the Muskegon auspices, having returned to his adopted hometown team following a one year hiatus that was spent playing overseas in Denmark.

In this current 2008-09 season, the Lumberjacks pre-eminent prince of points playmaking pivot stands on the precipice of capturing his second league-wide scoring crown, having amassed a massive 112-points in 67-games on 23-goals and 89-assists, along with 84-PIM and +12 rating. Entering the final week of the regular season, he enjoys a com-manding 13-points' advantage for the prestigious pinnacle prize. He is averaging a brilliant 1.67 points per game this season. Renowned for his prominent, premiere, polished, playmaking talents, Robinson also has achieved a considerable league- lead in assists with an all-time club record 89 while his 32-PP/assists are IHL foremost as well.

"T. Rob's" prodigious offensive numbers include 3-PPG, 2-SHG, 4-GWG, 7-FG, 2-UAG and a 40% conversion rating in the OTSO at 2/5 with both of his OTSO goals of the GWG variety thus far this season. His inexorable ascent to the circuit scoring summit was launched as early as opening night back on October 18th when he was heralded the game's #1 Star, masterfully maestroing a 3-goal "hat trick" and being integral and instrumental on all 4 of his 'Jacks team goals in 4-3 triumph over last year's Turner Cup runner-up Port Huron. It was the first of a remarkable 34-multiple point games produced by the perennial All-Star center, constituting slightly more than one-half of the 67-games in which he has performed his highly-skilled craft. In addition, he has authored 6-multiple goal games for the Muskegon club.

The Robinson body of work this season has been both magical and majestic. The diminutive, dynamic 5-8, 175lb standout has set season standards for his team in the form of two 5-points' masterpieces, four 4-assists games, one 8-games' point streak, two 7-games' point streaks as well as one more of 6-games and three more of 5-games' in length. As a testament to his complete, all-around enormous performance this season, he has also assembled three magnificent +4 games for the Lumberjacks. The 2008-09 season marks the fifth time in his 10-year pro career and the fourth time in his 8-Muskegon seasons that "Tape-to-Tape Todd" has attained the prestigious century-points' plateau.

This is Robinson's second league MVP Award as he laid claim to both the league MVP and Scoring Championship crowns in his last season here, in 2006-07 when he captured the latter by a mammoth 29-points with a club record 123-points on 44-goals, 79-assists. Muskegon's famous #19 returned the Muskegon this year after spending the 2007-08 campaign playing in Denmark. He is Muskegon's second all-time leading scorer and for his entire pro career; 669-games; 669(261-665-926). Robinson's second MVP Award marks the third time in the last 4-years that a Muskegon star has earned the league's most coveted individual award. Jeff Nelson also laid claim to such fame in 2005-06.
