(TORONTO, ON): The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to name the All Stars that will participate in the 2013 NBL Canada All Star Weekend, presented by LiUNA, on April 13-14 in Saint John, N.B.

The selection process involved nominations from the Head Coaches in the League as well as fan voting. Each team in the NBLC is represented by at least one All Star and there are six Canadians that have been named to participate in the event.

"This has been an incredible season for the League and its fans," said Susan Gordon, Deputy Commissioner of NBL Canada. "And now our fans will have the opportunity to watch some of the best players in the League face off against each other in a variety of events in the League's second annual All Star Weekend! It will be a weekend to remember!"

Atlantic Conference All Stars:

The starters for the Atlantic Division All Star Team, as selected by the coaches, are:

Jerice Crouch 6'0 PG Saint John Mill Rats

Joey Haywood 6'1 G Halifax Rainmen (Canadian)

Brandon Robinson 6'6 G-F Summerside Storm

Isaac Butts 6'11 C Moncton Miracles

Devin Sweetney 6'6 G-F Moncton Miracles

The reserves for the Atlantic Division All Star Team, as selected by the fans, are:

Al Stewart 5'11 PG Summerside Storm

Kamar Burke 6'5 G-F Moncton Miracles (Canadian)

Chris Cayole 6'7 F Summerside Storm (Canadian)

Omari Johnson 6'9 F Summerside Storm

Steve Deluca 6'7 F Saint John Mill Rats

*Chris Cayole was the highest fan vote-getter on the Atlantic Team with 18,733 votes.

* The Head Coach for the Atlantic Division All Star Team is Joe Salerno Jr. from the Summerside Storm.

* Kenny Jones of the Saint John Mill Rats was nominated but is unable to participate due to an overseas commitment.

*Antonio Ballard of the Summerside Storm was nominated but is currently on the injured reserve list

The STORM play the Windsor Express tonight at Credit Union Place in Summerside at 7 o'clock in the fifth and deciding game of their NBL semi-final with the winner tonight moving on to the NBL Finals against the London Lightning.

Tickets for tonight's game are now on sale at the Credit Union Place box-office, by purchasing online at www.stormbasketball.ca, or by calling 902-432-1234.

The game is also "STORM White-Out Night" with fans encouraged to wear white shirts in support of the team tonight.
