The Camden Riversharks were defeated by the York Revolution tonight, by a final score of 4-2. Camden starter Dewon Brazelton (7-7) suffered the loss, as he allowed 3 runs on 7 hits in 5.1 innings of work. York's Bob Zimmerman (5-4) picked up the win, as he gave up just 2 runs and 6 hits in 6 innings pitched. With the loss, the Riversharks' season tally falls to 24-33, while the Revolution's improves to 24-34.

The Riversharks struck first and took an early lead in the 2nd inning. With two runners aboard, catcher John Purdom lined a single to left field that scored Brett Bonvechio from second base and gave Camden a quick 1-0 advantage. They would double their lead in the 3rd inning, courtesy of an RBI triple by Bryant Nelson that plated Chris Walker.

The Revolution bats came to life in the 6th inning, and the visitors managed to take the lead. With runners on the corners, shortstop Matt Rogelstad doubled to deep center, scoring Matt Padgett and moving Matt Esquivel into scoring position. Two batters later, Jamar Hill hit a soft ground ball that Camden's Bryant Nelson misplayed, allowing Esquivel to score and tying the game. Back to back singles by Keoni DeRenne and P.J. Rose would score two more runs, and give the Revolution a 4-2 lead.

With a two run lead heading into the bottom of the 9th, York put the ball in the hands of closer Travis Phelps, who retired the side and preserved 4-2 victory for the Revolution. The save was his 7th of the year.
