
RiverRats to Look for Ohio Talent at Open Tryout

ERIE, PA - (1/28/09) With the AIFA season fast approaching the Erie RiverRats turn their sights to the Cleveland, Ohio area with the RiverRats conducting an open tryout this Saturday, January 31, at The Edge Sports Performance Academy, 9550 Ravenna Rd., in Twinsburg, Ohio. Registration in Twinsburg will begin at 10am with players going on the field at 11am. The entrance fee is $50 at the door, or $45 if players pre-register on the Erie RiverRats website. Players should wear comfortable athletic shoes (no cleats), and workout clothing to the tryout. T-shirts will be provided.
The Erie RiverRats will hold their open tryouts specifically for kickers only at the Family First Sports Golf Dome on Oliver Road in Erie, Pennsylvania, on February 8, 2009. Registration begins at 9:30am with workouts to begin at 10am.Then the final open tryout for positions players will be held on February 22, 2009 at the Family First Sports Dome in Erie with registration beginning at 4pm, workouts beginning at 5pm.
The Erie RiverRats' season begins on March 22nd on the road and return to Erie on March 28th for their home opener. Camp opens February 24th at Family First Sports Park as they prepare to enter second season in Erie. Come join the Erie RiverRats of the American Indoor Football Association in 2009.
