RiverKings Release 2016-17 Promo Schedule

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. - The Mississippi RiverKings, the longest continually operating professional sports franchise, celebrating 25 years in the greater Memphis area, have announced their 2016-17 promotional schedule. Don't miss all the fun opporitunites for this up and coming season!
The RiverKings will hold five specialty jersey auction nights during the course of the season. The first will be a to-be-announced 90s Sports Movie jersey (Nov. 5), followed by a Memphis Grizzlies inspired sweater (Dec. 9). The remaining jersey auction nights are Elvis Night (Jan. 21), Pink in the Rink (Feb. 25) and Military Appreciation Night (Mar. 25).
More specific information regarding each theme night, including giveaways, discounts and more, will be available at least two weeks prior to the game.

Saturday Nov. 12 Fayetteville Teddy Bear Toss Bring a teddy bear to toss on the ice to benefit Toys for Tots after the RiverKings' first goal.
Saturday Nov. 26 Knoxville Dachshund Dash Enjoy an on-ice wiener dog race as we support local animal rescues.
Saturday Dec. 3 Pensacola Racing Night Join our salute to all things fast!
Friday Dec. 9 Huntsville Grizzlies Night* Get ready to #GritNGrind! The players will wear special Grizzlies-themed jerseys.
Tuesday Dec. 13 Evansville Face Off Field Trip The first of two morning games designed for local schools.
Friday Dec. 23 Huntsville Festivus Get ready to air your Grievances! It's a Festivus for the rest of us. #NoBagels
Friday Jan. 6 Peoria Canada Night Join us as we salute our friends from the Great White North!
Saturday Jan. 7 Peoria Fairy Tale Night Be our guest for a magical night of hockey. Expect a visit for some royal guests.

Friday Feb. 24 Roanoke Faith & Family Night / Shoe Drive Come with your church or family and enjoy a fun-filled night at the rink.
