ROCKFORD, Ill. â Rockford's favorite Halloween tradition returns this weekend.
The Rockford RiverHawks and Heit Rehabilitation host the Third Annual Rocko's Pumpkin Patch this Saturday at Heit Rehabilitation, 5301 E. State St.
Free pumpkins will be available from 10 a.m. until the supply is exhausted. Donations are encouraged, and go to Rockford RiverHawks charities.
The Undertaker will be on hand once again to play his haunting collection of Halloween music. Mascot Rocko the RiverHawk will be there to greet guests.
Everyone is encouraged to wear Halloween costumes. The child with the best costume will receive a prize.
The RiverHawks are the defending champions of the Frontier League, a 12-team independent professional baseball league that will play its 13th season in 2005. Season tickets are now available by calling the box office.
