Riverdragons, City to be Featured on ESPN2

COLUMBUS, Ga., (March 12) - The Columbus Riverdragons and the city of Columbus will be featured on ESPN2, Monday, March 24 at 3 p.m. in the national sports network's weekly coverage of the NBDL.

Monday's broadcast will include complete tape-delayed game coverage of the Riverdragons regular season finale against the first-place Fayetteville Patriots to be played Saturday, March 22 at the Columbus Civic Center. Tip-off is 7 p.m.

The game will also be broadcast Tuesday, March 25 at noon on NBA TV.

The Riverdragons will be making their fourth appearance on ESPN2 this season - but their first from the Columbus Civic Center.

Fayetteville has clinched the number one seed in the upcoming 2003 NBDL Playoffs. The Riverdragons are currently fighting for the fourth and final playoff spot.

The first 2,000 fans 12 & under attending Satuday's game on March 22 will receive a free Riverdragons jersey.
