River Rats Let Fans "Flex" Muscles

ALBANY, NY - The Albany River Rats announced today that the club has introduced a new Flex Season Ticket that allows fans the flexibility to choose which games to use their tickets for, while receiving many of the same great benefits of being a season ticketholder. To highlight the new program, the team is offering concert flex options to those purchasing a ticket package by Friday, July 31, 2009.

Beginning on Friday, July 17th at 9:00 a.m. the first four fans to purchase a 2009-10 season ticket or flex season ticket will have the choice of a pair of concert tickets to see either Green Day (July 25th), AC/DC (August 2nd) or American Idols Live (August 19th) at the Times Union Center. The first fan to purchase two 2009-10 season tickets or flex season tickets will also have the option of seeing Billy Joel/Elton John (July 27th) live at the Times Union Center.

The new Flex Season Ticket offers the flexibility of 40 Flex Tickets, with many of the great benefits of a Season Ticket. Benefits include "Meet the Players" Parties, a 20% merchandise discount at the team store, and a $20 Times Union Center gift card (while supplies last), and much more.
