Sacramento River Cats News Release
WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento River Cats have announced that they will continue two of their newest promotions with additional dates during the remainder of this season - beginning this week at Raley Field. Kids Eat FREE Tuesday Nights and The Businessperson's Special Mid-Week Matinee were both launched this season with tremendous fan feedback, so the team has added additional dates during the remainder of the 2009 season. The details:
Kids Eat FREE - Tuesday, August 11 (7:05 p.m. game time; gates open at 6:00 p.m.)
EVERY KID (12 and under) will eat for free on all remaining Tuesday night home games at Raley Field. With this promotion, a kid can enjoy a River Cats game and dinner for as low as $7. Upon entry to the ballpark, all kids 12 and under will receive a voucher good for a free meal at select Raley Field concession stands. The meal includes a hot dog, a bag of chips and a 12 oz. drink. Vouchers will be handed out through the first pitch and can be redeemed throughout the game.
This promotion is also scheduled for Tuesday, August 25th (7:05 vs. the Portland Beavers).
Businessperson's Special - Wednesday, August 12 (11:35 a.m. game time; gates open at 10:30 a.m.)
Created as a way for the Sacramento business community to spend its lunch hour at Raley Field, this new promotion offers a unique venue for business meetings, client lunches or just a brief escape from the office! For just $15, fans can get a great ticket to the game and a ballpark lunch, consisting of a hot dog, pretzel and 12 oz. drink. Or, fans can upgrade to The Executive: $29 for a ticket in the exclusive Solon Club plus a great meal from the Solon Club's high-end menu. Wednesday marks the last chance to enjoy this promotion during the '09 season.
Individual tickets for these games and all games this season at Raley Field are currently available at the Raley Field Ticket Office or online at Rivercats.com. Premier seating at every River Cats game throughout the 2009 season can be secured through purchase of River Cats Full Season Tickets, Mini Plans or Group Packages. 2009 River Cats Season Tickets or Mini Plans can be purchased at the Raley Field Ticket Office or by calling the River Cats Ticket Hotline at (916) 371-HITS (4487).
