
Rico Hill to Play in Charleston

GREENVILLE, S.C., March 2 â The Charleston Lowgators have acquired forward Rico Hill to fill the roster spot vacated when Hiram Fuller was signed by the Atlanta Hawks, NBDL director of basketball operations and Charleston coach Doug Marty said today.
At 6-6 and 230 pounds, Hill played collegiately at Illinois State ('99). He has a wealth of international experience, playing professionally in Spain, France and, most recently, in Italy. He was a second round selection (31st overall) of the Los Angeles Clippers in the 1999 NBA Draft.
Hill is expected to play for the Lowgators (20-12) tonight at Asheville (14-15). He will wear jersey #42.
