LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO--- The United Hockey League (UHL) rendered Wednesday the following disciplinary decision regarding UHL Game #592, Elmira @ Richmond (Saturday, February 21, 2004).
Dave Shields (C) - Richmond RiverDogs 2-game suspension under Rule 50(a) Cross-Check
Shields is ineligible to participate in UHL Game #636 (March 10, 2004 vs. Elmira) and UHL Game #681 (March 27, 2004 vs. Elmira). Undisclosed fines were also assessed to the player and his respective club.
