
Richmond Pro Baseball Releases Full 2010 Schedule

RICHMOND, VA - Richmond Professional Baseball is pleased to announce the full regular season schedule of the Eastern League franchise beginning play at The Diamond in 2010.
Richmond will open the 2010 season on Thursday, April 8th at 7:05 PM on the road against the Bowie Baysox, Double-A affi liate of the Baltimore Orioles. The opener will serve as a fi tting beginning to a season in which Richmond will meet the Baysox - their closest natural rival - 29 times, more than any other opponent. Richmond will also match up with the Altoona Curve (Pittsburgh Pirates) 26 times, and Reading Phillies (Philadelphia Phillies) 20 times.
The Diamond, which will be refurbished before the opening of the season, will host Richmond's 2010 home opener against Reading on Thursday, April 15th at 7:05 PM.
