JACKSON, TENN. - The Seattle Mariners have announced the following roster move that affects the Generals roster. RHP Forrest Snow has been promoted to AAA Tacoma and will make the start for the Rainiers on Sunday at Nashville.

RHP Forrest Snow

Snow, 25, has been promoted to AAA Tacoma after making 2 starts for the Generals posting an 0-1 record, with a 6.10 ERA (7ER/10.1IP), 4 walks and 6 strikeouts. Snow was reinstated from the restricted list after serving a 50-game suspension on May 28th and activated from extended spring on May 31st. Snow returns to Tacoma where he is 6-6, with a 5.93 ERA in 41 games, 14 starts for the Rainers over 2011-2013. He was selected by the Marines in the 36th round of the 2010 draft out of the University of Washington.

The Generals roster stands at 25 active players with 12 pitchers, 13 position players and 4 on the disabled list.
