El Paso 2 @ Lone Star 4: Lone Star's early offense proved to be enough for the victory, taking down El Paso 4-2. The Brahmas scored a pair of goals in each of the first two periods, goals coming from Frankie Ireland, Logan Tobias, Artur Turansky, and Nicholas Niemo. Tobias scored his first goal of the season for Lone Star. El Paso kept the scores close with a 2nd period goal from Nate Mann and another in the 3rd from Nathan Gagne, also his first of the season. Austin Schwab made 21 saves in the victory while Jacob Zacharewicz took the loss with 33 stops.
El Paso 6 @ Lone Star 4 - Matt Johnson had a pair of goals to lead the El Paso Rhinos to a 6-4 win over the Lone Star Brahmas. Donovan O'Neil had a goal and a helper while Jonathan Horn, Graham Harris and Maksis Brimanis all tickled the twine for the Rhinos. Dylan Smith led Lone Star with a goal and an assist. Jack Collins, Nicholas Niemo and Carter Cloutier all scored for the Brahmas in a losing effort. Jacob Zacharewicz got his first win as a Rhino as he stopped 25 shots. Austin Schwab took the loss in net for the Brahmas as he made 20 saves.
