Rhinos Earn All-League Honors

Rochester, NY -- Rochester Rhinos midfielder Aaron Pitchkolan and defender Troy Roberts were each named to the USSF D2 Pro League Best XI team today. The Best XI highlights the league's best players, as voted on by media, coaches and GM's.

Pitchkolan, the 2010 Rhinos Most Valuable Player joined the team at the start of the season, playing both on defense and in the midfield. The Colorado native recorded two goals and two assists during the regular season and contributed another goal and three assists during U.S. Open Cup and postseason play as well.

Roberts, a first year Rhinos defender was the only Rhino to play every minute in 2010. Along the way he tallied three goals and was voted by his teammates as the Rhinos Defender of the Year.

On Wednesday, Rhinos Head Coach Bob Lilley was honored with the USSF D2 Pro League Coach of the Year Award.
