Rochester Rhinos News Release

ROCHESTER, NY. The Rochester Rhinos will be on the road for their second back-to-back series in as many weekends as they travel to Charlotte on Friday, April 19th and Richmond on Saturday, April 20th. Both matches can be seen live via streaming video on UNATION at uslnation.com.

The Rhinos opened their season in Florida last weekend where they lost 3:0 to first year USL PRO club VSI Tampa Bay FC, and 3:1 to the defending USL PRO Regular Season Champions Orlando City. Rochester is currently at the bottom of the USL PRO table, but this is the fourth time that the Rhinos have opened a season 0-2. The three previous times they went on to make the playoffs - including the 1996 season when they opened 0-2 after a pair of shootout losses, and went on to the both the USL Final and the U.S. Open Cup Final.

" We've got two matches this weekend, and a chance to pick up six points." Rhinos Head Coach Jesse Myers said. "We need to learn what we can from the opening weekend of the season. There's work to be done, but everyo ne in our locker room believes that the potential is there."
