Calgary Stampeders News Release

The Calgary Stampeders regret to announce that due to unforeseen circumstances, Kelvin Anderson is unable to attend Saturday's game. His appearance will be rescheduled for an October Stamps home game.

"It is unfortunate that Kelvin is unable to attend on Saturday when we honour Joffrey Reynolds," said Stampeders president/COO Lyle Bauer. "Everyone in our organization was looking forward to him being a part of our celebration, but he had some unforeseen circumstances and that will no longer be possible. We will continue with plans to honour our all-time leading rusher on Saturday and are excited to let fans know that Kelvin will be joining us at a home game in October."

The Stampeders will honour Reynolds, who became the club's all-time leading rusher on Sept. 10, in a special halftime celebration during their Sept. 25 contest against the BC Lions at McMahon Stadium.

Tickets for the Sept. 25 contest are still available by contacting the Stampeders' Ticket Office (403-289-0258 or toll free at 1-800-667-3267), Ticketmaster (403-777-0000 or online at Ticketmaster.ca) or by visiting any local Safeway or Sport Chek location.
