The Reno SilverSox launched four homeruns against the Flyers including three off the bat of Adam Amar to win 13-2 at Peccolle Park.
Dustin Bergmann pitched seven strong innings to earn his sixth win for Reno.
SP Mike Natale was roughed up for five runs in the 4th inning, but he did take over the league lead in strikeouts with 11 in just five innings. He now has 116 on the season.
The Flyers offense was keyed by Rich Pohle, who had four hits and Dave Bacani and Garry Templeton II, who had three hits apiece.
The Flyers dropped to 17-19 in the second half.
The season will end Saturday with a doubleheader starting at 5 p.m. on KWRM 1370 AM and orangecountyflyers.com.
