Reno Rockers schedule free agent camp

Reno, NV. Sean Higgins, ABA Reno Rockers President, today announced the professional basketball team's third Free Agent Tryout Camp for July 29 & 30 in Sacramento, California. The camp will run from 1PM-4PM each day. According to Higgins, "Select players from this and past Rockers' camps will have an opportunity to play for the Reno Rockers and for the Nine Sports Entertainment's Summer Pro League to be held in Reno in late August. This is a great opportunity to make our ABA team and for players to be seen by many of the West Coast ABA teams."
Interested players should send and email with their bio to tryout@rockershoops.com - or to RockersTryout@yahoo.com to request a registration package. You can also stop by Basketball Town, 11327 Folsom Blvd, Rancho Cordova CA to pick up a package. Until July 29, registration fee is $100. Same day registration is $150. The 2-day camp will be intense for the players going through the drills, one-on-one, team play exhibitions and interviews. You can also call Mike Casey at 310 874-9567 for information.
