RENO, Nev. - Reno 1868 FC has signed midfielder Ivan Valencia to a 2019 contract. The 20-year-old midfielder is a San Jose Earthquakes academy product.
Last season, Valencia signed his first professional contract with Reno. This season, Valencia has trained with Reno.
Valencia is eligible for selection in Sunday's match at Austin Bold FC. Kickoff is set for 4:00 p.m. PT, and the match will be streamed on ESPN+.
