Rome, Ga. - The Rome Renegades would like to introduce Quarterback Bo Bartik. Bartik, 6-0, 190 pounds, attended Gardner Webb University where he played football before transferring to West Georgia University to finish his college career and graduated with a degree in Sports Management. During the 2005 NIFL season, Bartik played with the Rome Renegades. During the season, he was the leading passer for the Renegades last season with 1411 yards and 25 touchdown passes, six of those coming on April 29th against the Billings Mavericks. During high school, Bartik, who is originally from Billings, Montana, won one state championship, was a two time first team All-State performer and was the 2000 Montana Gatorade Player of the Year.

Bartik moved to Rome last year when he came to be an Intern with the Renegades. He soon decided to try out for the team and became the starting quarterback during game 6. When asked about living in Rome, Bartik replied, "It is a small town, but it is a good place to start any kind of minor team." Bartik is excited for his second opportunity to be a Renegade. He said, "It is a good opportunity and a good experience with hopes of bringing more to the table this year." For the upcoming season, his personal goals include being at the top of the statistical board, and his team goals include winning the AIFL Championship.
