Renegades and CellBucks Team up to Introduce In-Seat Service to Fans

FISHKILL, NY - The Hudson Valley Renegades and CellBucks today announced the unveiling of a new service at Dutchess Stadium that will allow fans to order and pay for food, beverages and merchandise from their cell phones and have it all delivered right to their seats. The CellBucks service will be available to all Renegades ticket holders in Box, Reserved, or Reserved Grandstand seats.

Renegades fans can dial 845-838-FOOD (3663) to become a CellBucks member. Using their cell phones, fans select the items they want delivered to their seats from the available menu choices, enter their seat locations, and then sit back, take advantage of the in-seat service and enjoy the game! To place additional orders, fans can simply call the same 845-838-FOOD (3663) number, and immediately begin ordering. The items offered will be priced the same as they are at the concession stands, and a convenience fee will be added for use of the service.

"We are very excited about being able to offer the CellBucks service to Renegades fans," said Renegades President / General Manager Steve Gliner. "If it's easier for our fans," adds Gliner, "then we're all for it. We look at CellBucks as an investment in our fans. It will allow them the opportunity to enjoy Renegades games in a new, enhanced way."

CellBucks is a mobile commerce company that has designed a worldwide system, which allows consumers to quickly and easily purchase products using their cell phone. The CellBucks payment system is compatible with any type of cell phone on any cellular service provider's network.

There are two options for FREE registration: The first option is to simply dial 845-838-FOOD (3663) and register for the service over the phone. The second option is to visit www.CellBucks.com and register for free as a new member of CellBucks by providing some basic information and a credit card number. CellBucks will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Members will instantly be given a personal pass code for immediate use of the CellBucks service. Each member is given his or her own personal pass code so the ordering is completely secure. Credit cards will not be charged unless an order is placed. An email detailing the days transactions will also be sent to the customer as further confirmation of the member's account activity. CellBucks is the mobile payment network for people on the move, and it's coming to Renegades games in 2003.
