OTTAWA - The Ottawa REDBLACKS have released seven players from the roster, the club announced Monday
REDBLACKS' organization released the following players:
Patrick Afriyie - DL
Brad Muhammad - DB
Joe Walker - WR
Shannon Smith - WR
David Jones - DB
Jocquez Kalili - DB
Kevin Anderson - QB
The seven American players, signed this off-season, elected to opt out of their contracts per the recent agreement between the Canadian Football League and the CFL Players' Association following the cancellation of the 2020 season.
