On the winning side, Memphis starter LHP Marco Gonzales (5-3, 2.56) limited the E-Train to just one run on four hits while striking out six in six innings.

Memphis built an early 4-0 lead off Wagner. In the top of the first inning, DH Chad Huffman doubled before scoring on a two-out Rangel Ravelo single. An inning later, RF Adolis Garcia doubled prior to a Wilfredo Tovar single that left runners on the corners for C Alberto Rosario.
