
Red-Hot Hawks Host Thanksgiving Hawkey at 1st Summit Arena

Before the turkey is served, the Johnstown Tomahawks are looking to continue their 12-game winning streak at 1st Summit Arena.
The Tomahawks host the Maryland Black Bears in a pre-Thanksgiving showdown. Bring the family out for a night of hockey at 7 p.m!
Then, on Black Friday, the team will giveaway the first set of player trading cards as well as give fans the opportunity to take advantage some merchandise deals!
Johnstown hosts Northeast for a 7:30 p.m. faceoff. Saturday's game, also against Northeast, begins at 7 p.m.
Colin Price Earns Star of the Week Honor
The Johnstown Tomahawks and the North American Hockey League announced Monday that Colin Price has been named East Division Star of the Week for the week ending Nov. 18, 2018.
This is the fourth consecutive week a Tomahawks player has represented the East Division as Star of the Week. Price joins goaltender Carter McPhail and forwards Carson Brière and Sam Solensky as Tomahawks recipients.
The North Ridgeville, Ohio native tallied three points (three goals) in a weekend sweep of the New Jersey Titans. He scored the game-tying goal on Friday's 4-3 win and tallied two goals in a 7-2 victory.
"Colin has really been starting to come on over the last month or so and it was really nice to see him have such an impact on our two wins this weekend," Tomahawks head coach Mike Letizia said. "He is a prototypical 200-foot power forward and he was instrumental to our success by scoring in different ways and providing a heavy presence all weekend."
Tomahawks Visit Salvation Army
The Tomahawks visited the Salvation Army on Monday, Nov. 20 to prepare turkey dinners for those in need before the Thanksgiving holiday.
All of the players helped in meal preparation and interacted with the staff and diners throughout the night.

Chiefs Heritage Night Rescheduled
Johnstown Chiefs Heritage Night Moved to January 19.
The Tomahawks have announced that Johnstown Chiefs Heritage Night, previously scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 24, has been RESCHEDULED for Saturday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m.
The event will correspond with the Flyers Alumni Classic prior to the Tomahawks game at 3:30 p.m.
