
Red Bulls Announce Partnership With Makita

SECAUCUS, NJ (April 2, 2008) - Red Bull New York announced today that it has entered into a corporate partnership with Makita, and Makita will be the official power tool sponsor for Red Bull Park and Red Bull Training Grounds.
"Red Bull New York is excited to be partnering with Makita as the organization moves forward with its ambitious construction projects," stated Andrew Lafiosca, Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Red Bull New York. "The high quality and craftsmanship of Makita Industrial Power Tools fits in well with the high standards that have always been associated with Red Bull."

"Now, we're excited to take our involvement a step further and become an active partner with Red Bull New York in the construction of their new stadium. Clearly, this will become one of the top soccer venues in North America."
Makita USA, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of over 450 professional, industrial quality power tools and has over 5,000 industrial accessories, and already a Major League Soccer (MLS) sponsor, will be the official tool supplier for both Red Bull Park and Red Bull Training Grounds, which will both be "Built by Makita". In addition, the Madison Square Garden Network (MSG) will air regular updates on the construction of Red Bull Park, in which Makita will be the title sponsor as the sole provider of power tools used on the site.
