
Rebels Acquire Lukas Sutter From Saskatoon Blades

RED DEER, AB - Brent Sutter, President/General Manager/Head Coach of the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club, announced today they have acquired 20-year old forward Lukas Sutter from the Saskatoon Blades in exchange for 18-year old defenceman Kevin Pochuk as well as the Rebels 3rd and 7th round selections in the 2014 Western Hockey League Bantam Draft.
Lukas Sutter has played three seasons with the Blades putting up 45 goals and 58 assists for 103 points and 520 penalty minutes in 220 regular season games. He was the Winnipeg Jets 2nd round selection, 39th overall, in the 2012 National Hockey League Entry Draft.
