
RazorSharks Host Montreal Wednesday

Rochester RazorSharks News Release
(Rochester, New York)...The Rochester RazorSharks lost their first game of the 2006-2007 season last Friday night in Buffalo but have a chance to tie for first place in the American Basketball Association's Northeast Division standings as they host the Montreal Matrix at The Blue Cross Arena this Wednesday night, November 29, at 7:05 p.m. The RazorSharks (4-1) have won 10 of their last 11 games dating back to last year's regular season and playoffs, and they are 31-2 in their last 33 games in the ABA. Steve & Barry's will hand out discount coupons to all fans entering the arena on Wednesday night, promoting their new store opening in Henrietta later this week.
Rochester travels west to Detroit this upcoming weekend for a 7:00 p.m. tip-off against the Detroit Panthers on Friday, December 1. The RazorSharks-Toledo Ice game originally scheduled for Saturday, December 2 in Toledo has been postponed by the ABA.
RAZORSHARKS & TEDDY GEIGER PLAY ON NEW YEAR'S EVE
The RazorSharks and the City of Rochester announced today that teen rock idol Teddy Geiger will perform after the RazorSharks New Year's Eve matinee game against Quebec City on December 31, 2006 at The Blue Cross Arena. Teddy, a native of Rochester, has had a #8 Billboard hit and is currently touring the United States supporting his album "Underage Thinking". The RazorSharks will tip-off at 5:05 p.m. that day, with Teddy following at approximately 8:00 p.m. and the City of Rochester downtown fireworks following the concert.
