Rattlers enter week three of MLL training camp

(Rochester, NY)... The Rochester Rattlers will hold their third weekend of training camp from May 8-9 at Total Sports Experience in Gates, NY.
The Rattlers will hold two practice sessions on Saturday, May 8th and one on Sunday, May 9th at the facility at 880 Elmgrove Road. The Rattlers will take the field at 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday on the rear field. On Sunday, the team will practice at 9:30 a.m. The sessions are free and open to the public.
Fans can meet Rattlers Casey and Ryan Powell, Tim Soudan, Chris Schiller, Kevin Cassese and Mike Mollot at the practices. Newcomers Ryan Ward and Pat Myers will also be at the three training sessions.
The Rattlers enter their fourth season in the MLL, following a 5-7 campaign and a third-place finish in the National Division. Last season, attackman Casey Powell led the Rattlers and the MLL in points with 70 in 12 games.
Rochester opens the season at Seattle Seahawks Stadium against the Baltimore Bayhawks at 10:30 p.m. (EST) on Saturday, May 22nd. The first true home game is Saturday, May 29th at Bishop Kearney Field against the Philadelphia Barrage at 7:30 p.m. Rochester will play its home games at Bishop Kearney High School in Irondequoit for the second straight season.
